The beginning of spring offers an appetizingly range of dishes 
 
As starter we recommend lentil-carrot soup
.
For main course we offer fried fillet of pikeperch with balsamico lentils. Or try the lamb fillet with different kinds of beans and thyme-crumble. 
 
As dessert we recommend coconut parfait with fried pineapple and chocolate sauce.

April

Lamb specialities
Winter is over and we are looking forward to delicious lamb specialities.

Try the varieties of our saisonal dishes:
Let´s go on with a light garlic soup with lamb on a skewer. For the main course we offer braised leg of lamb, medium roasted lamb fillet or lamb-curry.

May

Time for asparagus!

As starter we have asparagus cream soup and asparagus salad.
For main course we offer a Burger with salmon and green asparagus. Or maybe asparagus-lentil curry?

Our dessert for this month is vanilla ice cream with strawberries.

Matjes

Enjoy June with different dishes all around the matjes (young pickled herring).

Enjoy the start of summer with young herring tatar or "Labskaus" (pink-coloured creamy mixture consisting of salted meat and potatoes).
For dessert we recommend panna cotta and lime parfait with fresh fruits.
