Poultry dishes

Enjoy November with different dishes all around poultry.

Enjoy autumn with a pumpkin-apple soup with a poulty skewer. For the main course we offer corn poulard with parsnips-bacon dumpling.

Our autumn classic: 1/2 farm duck with red cabbage and fried slices of bread dumplings

For dessert we recommend pumpkin parfait.

December

Winter kitchen
The December welcomes us with christmas decoration, exotic spices and traditional dishes.

Try the varieties of our saisonal dishes:
Let´s go on with a Boletus risotto. For the main course we offer Holsteiner green cabbage, Game ragout, roasted goose leg with cranberry sauce, red cabbage and potato dumplings.

For dessert we offer chestnut parfait and gingerbread mousse with vanilla cherries.
