In late summer we offer regional game dishes.
As starter we have game consommé and venison carpaccio.
For main course we offer medium fried saddle of venison. Or maybe game ragout with red cabbage and dumplings with bacon?
Our dessert for this month is crêpe with blackberries and walnut parfait.
