January

Try our wintery dishes

As starter we have mussel cream soup with fine vegetables.
For main course we offer scallop with chorizo, bell-pepper and saffron rice. Or maybe cod fillet with a crust of pinewith thyme-noodles?

Sunday brunch, 06. September at 11:00
Extended breakfast, sweet and salty, and of course the best of the September menu. Given a welcome drink, freshly brewed coffee or tea and juices: Price per person € 27,50.

February

Cabbage and turnips
In February we pamper you with many regional dishes with cabbage and turnips.

Try the varieties of our saisonal dishes:
Let´s go on with a soup of beetroot with walnut-pesto and potato straw.
For the main course we serve fillet of pikeperch with turnip and whipped cream with chieves.
 
As dessert we recommend curd mousse and raspberry parfait with citrus fruit salad.

March

The beginning of spring offers an appetizingly range of dishes 
 
As starter we recommend lentil-carrot soup
.
For main course we offer fried fillet of pikeperch with balsamico lentils. Or try the lamb fillet with different kinds of beans and thyme-crumble. 
 
As dessert we recommend coconut parfait with fried pineapple and chocolate sauce.
