Winter kitchen
The December welcomes us with christmas decoration, exotic spices and traditional dishes.

Try the varieties of our saisonal dishes:
Let´s go on with a Boletus risotto. For the main course we offer Holsteiner green cabbage, Game ragout, roasted goose leg with cranberry sauce, red cabbage and potato dumplings.

For dessert we offer chestnut parfait and gingerbread mousse with vanilla cherries.

January

Winter kitchen

The new year begins as the old year ended.

Enjoy winter with a beef soup. For the main course we offer Holsteiner green cabbage and roasted duck leg with chestnut-dumpling.

For dessert we recommend marzipan parfait with plum sauce.

February

Tuber vegetables, root vegetables and cabbage 
 
In February we recommend sweet potato soup.

For main course we offer pork medaillons with sour cherry sauce and ponted cabbage. Or try our ox cheeks with root vegetables. 

As dessert we recommend pistachio parfait with chocolate sauce.


Love is in the air! On the 14th of February is Valentine's Day.
We serve a 3-course menu with aperitif for € 39,90 per person

March

The start of spring.

The days are getting lighter and we look forward to spring.

As starter we have wild garlic soup and cod fillet on lime risotto.
For main course we offer braised leg of lamb. Or maybe veal escalope with basil-orange sauce?

Our dessert for this month is mango sorbet with pineapple strudel.
